Hi there!
My name is Eden Gold. I am a youth motivational speaker, keynote speaker, host of the Real Life Adulting Podcast, and Founder of Life After High School.
Growing up, I was convinced that I was the most insecure girl in the world. In fact, I still sometimes think that I was. I did anything and everything that I could to fit in with the "popular kids." I struggled a lot with my self image, and I struggled with an eating disorder for 6 excruciating year. The only thing that got me through some of the toughest years of my teenage life, was playing volleyball.
Unfortunately, while I struggled so severely with body image, self-worth, and my eating disorder, my career came to a forced stop in college when I was forced to end my career, drop out of college, and focus on healing myself.
Well, that's exactly what I did. I delve deep into my own healing journey and making peace with my most toxic thoughts and detrimental habits, and I became obsessed with self development and personal growth. This journey not only allowed me to completely heal from my eating disorder, but go on to build the business that I have now, one that helps other young adults with a goal and a vision for their life, fulfill that vision.
So I’m Eden Gold, and my life's work is dedicated to empowering young adults to pursue their most ambitious dreams while embracing independence on their terms. I strive to be the guiding force I wish I had during my lowest moments, supporting you on a transformative journey of self-discovery and growth. Together, we’ll build self-belief, confidence, and a strong foundation for a fulfilling life—financially and beyond.
That being said, as a student of Life After High School, you are a friend, and you are family for life.
I can't wait to meet you, and cheer you on on the inside of Life After High School!
